Repairs
One of One stands behind quality craftsmanship and will waive all repair fees within the first six months. A fee will be applied after six months.
Returns
If not fully satisfied, merchandise credit will be issued after 14 days of receipt. Custom commissioned jewelry or jewelry that requires modifications is not returnable. Shipping and credit card fees (if applicable) are not refundable. For your security, please return items with an insured courier and retain shipping receipts.
Shipping
For your security, signature is required for delivery and we will not deliver to PO boxes. One of One is not responsible for items lost or damaged during transit.
